Second Chance Checking Account: If you are unable to open a checking account due to poor credit or a derogatory listing in ChexSystems we can help. Your assigned attorney will force the removal of your name from their list.. Additionally, Members have access to an internet bank that will open a checking account for our members. Funds are FDIC insured up to $100,000. (Debit card is included with the account.)

FREE Credit Card Search Service: Conduct an online data base search of all of the banks in the US that offer sub-prime secured, unsecured and partially secured credit cards.

Credit Reference Service: We provide a written credit reference at anytime for current valid members.

Information and Education: MCS offers its members a number of free and reduced cost materials covering a variety of subjects.

Statutory Violation Recovery: We will go over your credit report to see if there have been any statutory violations. If so, we will pursue, at our determination, any items and recover any monies owed you.

Fair Debt Collections Act Violation Recovery: If you are being harassed by creditors or collection agencies, we will refer you to an appropriate attorney, at no additional charge.
